The ingredients needed to prepare Veg. Tandoori Platter:

  1. Prepare As required of Vegetables (Bell peppers, Carrot, french beans,Onion).
  2. Take 1 bowl of Curd.
  3. Use 4 tbsp of Roasted besan.
  4. Provide as required of Spices (coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric, degi mirch).
  5. Use as needed of Soya granules or chunks.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste.

Instructions to make Veg. Tandoori Platter:

  1. For paneer Tikka first prepare the marination. In a bowl take curd mix roasted besan, ginger garlic paste, lemon,turmeric, coriander powder, jeera powder, kasuri methi, mix everything well…
  2. Then add bell peppers, paneer and onion..let it rest at least 30 minutes – 2 hours or overnite..
  3. For kebabs.. finely chopped onions, carrot and beans..boil soya granules or chunks for 3 minutes or as described on pack..then wash them with cold water and then squeeze it very well that there would be no water in it.. if you have used chunks then grind it…
  4. Take a pan add same oil in it and fry veggies in it for 5 mts.. then let them cool in a plate..after that take Soya and veggies add spices and give kebabs shape as you like…shallow fry them on a pan in ghee…
  5. For paneer tikka use the skewers..first bell pepper then onion and then paneer..now if you have tandoor you can cook there..else you can cook it on a grilled pan or your normal nonstick tawa…
  6. Cut the onions in lachha shape..serve hot with chutney and onion…
