The ingredients needed to prepare Pulao:

  1. Use 1 glass of india gate classic basmati rice.
  2. Take 2 cup of mix vegetables(peas, carrots, French beans cauliflower).
  3. You need 1 of onion chopped.
  4. Use 2 tsp of Garlic and ginger chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  6. Take to taste of Salt.
  7. Use 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of Desi ghee to cook.
  9. Use 2 of Green cardamom.

Instructions to make Pulao:

  1. Wash rice and keep it aside.
  2. Put cooker on flame add ghee, put whole garam masala and crackle it then put onion, stir it for a while then add chop tomatoes and other vegetables and cook for four five minutes then add ginger garlic and rice, stir it for a while..
  3. Add 1 and 1/4 glass of water and close the lid and cook it for a whistle, pulao is ready. Serve it hot with chutney and curd.
