  3. Take 1 cup of cabbage.
  4. Use 1 cup of french beans.

  15. Take 4 of cloves garlic finely chopped.

  17. You need 1/2 of capsicum chopped.
  18. Prepare 5 tbsp of spring onion chopped.
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp of vinegar.
  20. Provide 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  21. Use 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  22. Use 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce.
  23. Use 1/2 tbsp of black pepper.
  24. Use as per taste of Salt.
  25. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  26. Get For of slurry.
  27. Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour.
  28. Get 1/4 cup of water.

Instructions to make Veg. Manchurian:

  1. For Manchurian balls. Firstly chopped carrot and cabbage in a chopper. And cut french beans into small pieces..
  2. Take all veggies in one bowl..
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper and mix it..
  4. Now add maida n cornflour to it. Mix it slowly so vegetables will not lose their water..
  5. Mix n bind it properly like a dough. Now prepare a small ball sized balls..
  6. Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium..
  7. Drain off the Manchurian balls and keep them aside..
  8. Now for gravy heat olive oil in a pan and saute ginger, garlic, slit chili, and 2 tbs spring onion..
  9. Add onion and stir fry on high flame. Saute for one min now add capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly..
  10. Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and stir it. Add black pepper and salt and stir making sure all the sauces are well combined..
  11. Add water and boil on a medium flame. Mix well. Pour cornflour slurry and mix well..
  12. Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy. Add spring onion to it..
  13. Add in prepared veg Manchurian balls. Garnish with spring onion..
  14. Finally serve veg Manchurian gravy with fried rice..
