  12. You need 4 cups of water.
  13. Prepare 1 of chopped garlic cloves.
  14. Provide 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.

Instructions to make Veg pearl millet:

  1. Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp ghee. add in ½ cup dalia / broken wheat and roast on low flame. roast for 2-3 minutes or till dalia turns aromatic. keep aside..
  2. Further in a cooker heat 1 tsp oil, add chopped onion and chopped garlic, green chilli, 1 tsp jeera and pinch of hing and mustard seed..
  3. Saute till the jeera splutters..
  4. Furthermore add in 1 tomato and saute till it turns soft and mushy. also add 1/4 cup peas, ½ carrot,french beans ½ tsp turmeric,red chilli powder and salt to taste. saute for a minute or two..
  5. Now add dalia and saute for a min..
  6. Now add cups water and give a good stir. cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles or till dalia gets cooked completely..
  7. Ffinally, serve mixed vegetable dalia.
