The ingredients needed to prepare Veg Fried Noodles / Chowmein:

  1. Take 180 GMs of dried noodles.
  2. Prepare of 1-2 cups mixed Vegetables.
  3. Provide of Carrot.
  4. Provide of French beans.
  5. Get of Broccoli (optional).
  6. Prepare of Bell peppers (any color).
  7. Prepare of Sprouted Moong (optional)…if you have add it.
  8. You need of Green onions (I didn't have but it will be good to add).
  9. You need of For seasoning.
  10. Use 2 tbsps of Soya sauce.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of salt or as per taste.
  12. You need 1 tsp of crushed black pepper.
  13. Get of For frying / cooking.
  14. You need 4-6 tbsps of veg oil.

Steps to make Veg Fried Noodles / Chowmein:

  1. Boil the noodles as per time given on the packet in hot boiling water with salt, drain and rinse with cold water and apply little veg oil. Wash, peel and Chop all the vegetables to the desired shape for noodles (as seen in picture).
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic first and then the onion and saute it. Add the vegetables, saute and cook for sometimes till veggies are cooked….in between add the salt as per taste and crushed Black pepper..
  3. .
  4. Add the boiled noodles and mix, add soya sauce and thoroughly mix it so that it gets evenly distributed. Cook for a few minutes tossing the noodles.
