  14. You need 1 packet of Hakka noodles.

  17. Take 2-3 tbsp of corn starch.

  1. Boil the noodles, adding some salt. Once noodles are cooked, drain it. Pour the cold water. Add oil so noodles won't be sticky. Once it is cool, sprinkle with corn starch and mix it gently..
  2. Take a broad pan, add oil and butter. Add crushed garlic, green chillies and ginger. Saute for some time..
  3. Add spring onions and vegetables. I didn't use cabbage in this recipe but if you like, you can. Saute for some time. Add pepper powder and salt..
  4. Keep the slurry ready. Add water in the vegetables. Add Soya sauce and some more water. Let it boils for some time. Do not overcook it.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves..
  6. Fry the noodles. Serve hot the soup with fried noodles on it. Enjoy..
