  4. Boil for 3 minutes or until flavours is absorbed well. now add vinegar. prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water..
  5. Pour the corn flour mixture into the soup and mix well..
  6. Continue to boil for 4-5 more minutes or until soup thickens slightly. Transfer into serving bowl..
  7. Now add some spring onion and enjoy hot and sour soup.
