The ingredients needed to cook Veg Momos:

  1. Provide 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
  2. Take To taste of salt.
  3. Get as needed of oil.
  4. Get 1 cup of water.
  5. Use of for vegetable stuffing.

  7. You need 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot, french beans and capcicum.

  1. Making dough : take all-purpose flour, salt and oil in a bowl. mix well. add water and knead to firm a dough. keep it aside for 30 minutes..
  2. For stuffing: in a pan heat 2 tablespoon oil. add chopped garlic. saute for a minutes. add spring Onions. saute for a minute. then add all the vaggies and saute for 3-4 minutes..
  3. Add soya sauce, salt and black pepper. continue stir for 3-4 minute. and then switch off the flame..
  4. Take each dough ball. roll each dough ball into a thin circle. place 2 tablespoon of vegetable stuffing in the center..
  5. Start folding the pleats one by one. Towards the end, join the pleats in the center..
  6. Heat 2 cup water in the steamer. in a greased steamer pan place the momos. steam it for 10 minutes. when you touch the momos and dough isn't sticky to your hands that means it is ready to serve. also the momos will have a transparent look… serve it with red chilli garlic chutney..
